For over 20 years, MSS has hosted the Soul Food Dinner and Fiesta on campus. Fiesta celebrates the cultural, social, and political achievements of Hispanic Americans. It includes traditional foods, a keynote speaker, performers and the recognition of graduating seniors. The Soul Food Dinner in February is an annual celebration of African American scholarship, food and music. It is a key part of our Black History Month programming.
Attendance at each event averages 150-200 students, staff and community members. In partnering with the office of student inclusion & belonging, your company would be taking an active role not only in celebrating diversity but also in supporting multicultural students’ success.
