Joe Dyal

Interim Director of the Library

As interim director, Joe guides the Mulva Library’s strategic plans and supports the work of the library team to foster meaningful partnerships with students, campus offices and academic programs. He is committed to ensuring that the library remains an inclusive, accessible and intellectually engaging environment for the entire SNC community. In addition, Joe oversees research support and information literacy initiatives, including the development of library resources, instruction and learning opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff.

Joe joined the Mulva Library team in February 2019 as a research and instruction librarian and previously served in the archives department for the Cofrin Library at UWGB. Prior to this, Joe worked in website development and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
