Norbertine Leadership and Service Awards

The Norbertine Leadership and Service Awards program celebrates lives lived in service to the common good. Award recipients are selected by committees made up of staff, faculty and students. The whole process culminates at the awards ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Bemis International Center.  

Reminder, when applying for the Norbertine Leadership & Service Awards, you MUST be a full-time student at St. Norbert College.

Exemplary Leadership Award 
This award honors several students from each class who have made outstanding contributions to meaningful change on campus, locally, nationally or beyond. Nominations for the Exemplary Leadership Award may be submitted by faculty, staff or fellow students.  Students MUST be a full-time student at St. Norbert College.

Awards of Distinction 
These scholarships and cash awards require an application that includes a personal statement, resume and list of involvements at SNC. Some scholarships require an additional essay. Guidelines and eligibility criteria are listed on the Award Descriptions page.  Students MUST be a full-time student at St. Norbert College.

Beloved Community Social Justice Award
One student and one staff member will each be recognized annually with the Beloved Community Social Justice Award. Nominations for the Beloved Community Social Justice Award may be submitted by faculty, staff or students. Award recipients will receive a certificate and a donation to charity of recipient’s choice.  Students MUST be a full-time student at St. Norbert College.

Educator of the Year Awards
All campus employees are eligible for the Educator of the Year Award. Nominees should be a faculty or staff member who actively contributes to the college community beyond the call of duty in order to inspire and empower students.

Student Organization Awards
Each year we recognize the outstanding contributions of our student organizations. You may nominate for as many awards as you wish, but each requires you to fill out the form a separate time.  Nomination form will be available spring semester.
