The Norbertine Leadership and Service Awards recognize selfless devotion to improving St. Norbert College and the greater community; to going above and beyond in appreciating human differences; to establishing connections between students, faculty, and staff; and living the college mission.

Richard C. Rankin Legacy Award

Richard C. Rankin, '65, retired from St. Norbert College in 2007 after 29 years of service to the college. As Vice President for Student Life, he took every opportunity to raise up generations of students by selflessly offering consultation, friendship, guidance, and much wise advice. The certificate named after him is awarded to a senior who made significant or unique contributions to enhance student life on campus during his or her college career.
